Oh, how wonderfully lucky to host it year after year. The 2017 Night for Hope, our annual gala was hosted at the Mendakota Country Club, a true Minneapolis/St. Paul favorite and a great supporter of Hope for Tomorrow. The evening celebrated its 20th year with more than 100 attendees, including guest appearances from the original six founders of Hope for Tomorrow.
Plenty of buzz filled the room while guests mingled, laughed and enjoyed bidding on a variety of silent auction items, playing carnival-style games and a chance to win one of many raffle prizes. Most importantly the night was designed to remind us how advocating youth mentorship can happen every day, an opportunity every moment, the “Silent Impact” explained eloquently by the guest presenter Joe Schmit from KSTP news. It was a successful evening; Hope for Tomorrow met its fundraising goals.
See it all in our event recap through images! We hope to make 2018 even more successful.
